InsuranceIndo is a comparison and lead-introduction media platform. We are not an insurance company, broker, or agent, and we don't give regulated insurance advice. We compare products, explain them in plain language, and — when you ask us to — introduce you to licensed partners who can quote and insure you.
All insurance products on this site are provided by licensed partners — OJK-registered in Indonesia or internationally licensed for international products. Policy issuance, premium collection, regulated advice, and claims are their work, under their licenses.
Indicative numbers, general information.
Partners pay us. You don't.
We earn fees from partners for introductions and, in some cases, issued policies. Your premium is the same either way, and money never buys a ranking. The full breakdown lives on our disclosure page.
Every commercial relationship we have — affiliate programs, introducer agreements, any paid partnership — is listed on /disclosure and marked on the site wherever a live affiliate or referral link appears. Pending applications are not marked, because they are not paying us yet.

The content on InsuranceIndo— guides, comparisons, rankings, design — belongs to us or our licensors. Quote it, link it, screenshot it for a friend; that's what it's for. Republishing it wholesale as your own is not. Provider names and logos belong to their owners and appear here for identification only.
What we stand behind, and what we can't.
In plain English: we work hard to keep the information here accurate and current, but we can't guarantee it's perfect, and we aren't liable for decisions you make based on general information from this site. Your insurance contract is between you and the insurer — claims, coverage disputes, and policy terms are theirs to honor, and we're not a party to that contract.
We're also not liable for indirect losses — missed opportunities, lost profits, that kind of thing — connected to using this site. None of this limits liability that Indonesian law says can't be limited, like liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
Indonesian law governs. Changes get dated.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If we ever end up in a dispute, that's the legal system that decides it — though we'd much rather sort it out on WhatsApp first.
Changes to these terms: when we update them, the “last updated” date at the top and bottom of this page changes with them. Material changes get flagged on the site, not slipped in quietly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
